My name is Heath Van Patten and I am the owner of NextHome Treasure Valley.  For the last three years, we have been working with the developer and builder on the new subdivision coming to the foothills of Star.  We are excited to share details with you (and anyone else you know) about NorthStar.
NorthStar has two phases with only 37 in the first phase (25% sold already) and 21 in the second phase.  Each lot is at least one acre with many of the homes having views of the valley, foothills, and mountains in the distance.  The homes come standard with an individual septic, individual well, fencing, landscaping, granite/quartz countertops, Bosch appliances, hardwood floors and much more.
The buyer can choose any of the homes listed below and put them on any lot that is available.  The pricing of each home varies depending on the month so please contact me for the correct pricing.  As a ballpark, the homes start at $735,000 and go up to $840,000. You would then add the lot premium listed below.  The lots are going quickly and changing daily. Please contact me for updated information.

Note: the aforementioned pricing for the lots and homes are pricing for June 2021.  The pricing is subject to change. However, when the contract is signed, the price is locked in. Therefore, pricing is fixed price and will not escalate over the course of the build. Many lots above are sold and many more in the works.  Call to get an updated sold lots list.

TheTiming:
We are currently extending  Blessinger Road north and completing the subdivision roads right now. We are hoping to begin building homes approximately September 2021 and the expected build time is about six months.
